Hi Team,

As part postproduction refresh activities, we set up processes which include Rebuild Learning Item Indexes for learn.

We Scheduled this process for every 5mins

Schedule time: every 5 minutes

Parent process: running (which is in wait status)

Child process: are going in cancelled status

Child process status details: The request has completed and is in a terminal state.

Can you please advise .

Do we run this process regularly after redwood has been enabled.
