Override Daily Duration Not Enabled But Still Able to Override Duration In Advanced Mode

Summary:

We have an issue where admin was able to override absence duration in Advanced mode, even if the Override Daily Duration in the absence type is not enabled for admin. For example, admin entering absence from Nov 25-27, 8 hrs duration automatically populated. Then, admin clicked Advanced and was able to override the duration from 8 hrs to 10 hrs.

There is a conversion formula attached to the absence type. When we removed the conversion formula, admin was not able to override the duration in Advanced mode. We cannot remove this conversion formula as this is needed to address other duration requirement of the absence type.
