Why is compensatory time being randomly added?

We have one employee who is having compensatory time being randomly added for one time card - a total of 72 hours. We've tried deleting and recreating the time card. We've tried moving it to a saved status and resubmitting. It's only regular hours on this time card, and it's the only time card this is occurring on. The comp time doesn't show up on the time card, but it's appearing on our reports and via the Absence Management module.

Why is this happening and how do we fix it?
