Unable to process ship confirmation from 3rd party WMS involving overshipping with Packing Units (LPNs)

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

  1. We are using 3rd party WMS to perform picking and shipping
  2. Oracle Inventory/Shipping is used to send Shipment Request to 3rd Party WMS system when Shipment Lines are created and are in Ready to Interface status by running Generate Shipment Request ESS.
  3. The 3rd party WMS system then sends the ship confirmation signal when shipping is done - we do not get intermediate state signal like when picking happens.
  4. The ship confirmation signal is then consumed in Oracle and shipment is done.
