24D-Simplified Restrict Settings for Document Types

Hi,

I see that this features has come to 24D where its said that "This enhancement lets users manage create, update, and delete restrict settings without any dependency on each other."

however i see that there is no difference in 24C and 24D.

anyone checked this feature and see any difference after 24D?
