Assistance Needed for Fast Formula for Annual Leave Carryover

Hi Community,

We are working on a requirement to configure the annual leave carryover process in Oracle Fusion Absence Management. The requirement is as follows:

  • Employees can carry over only 50% of their leave balance as of 31st December of the current year to the next year.
  • Any excess leave balance beyond this limit will not be carried over.

We have already developed a Fast Formula for this, but unfortunately, it is not functioning as expected. We would appreciate it if anyone could share a working Fast Formula or provide guidance on how to achieve this functionality.
