Active Projects are not appearing in My Projects

Some projects were not found when trying to view in Projects (Projects>Project management>Open Project>Search an active Project) however, can be selected when creating a new resource request.

When selecting a resource request the project manager shows in the search result, however when the project details are viewed via this page, the project manager is blank. Using an OTBI report, we can see that all projects do infact have the project manager assigned, however, they do not show in My Projects for the Project Manager.

This isn't affecting all projects, but using OTBI we can confirm that there are 32 projects which cannot be viewed.
