Rest API to get the all the actions performed by Users within HCM

Hi ,

We have a requirement to send all the actions performed by all users within the HCM system including creating objects and modifying objects tables etc.

Could you please let me know is there any rest API available for this? If "Yes" can you please let me know the details.
