Input Tax Rate Code Association for Payables Intercompany Invoices

Unable to associate Input tax rate for output rates

We have different tax rates in AP and AR as below.

AP: AE_VAT_AP_00

AR: AE_VAT_AR_01

When associating AP tax code for AR tax code, i can only see AR codes but not AP code.
