Calculating IC business partner defined in the proportion

Hi,

I have a hierarchy with 2 companies
ELA is in Holding and JVR is in Proportion 50%


JVR has a Net Income of 9147 $
ELA records Equity Investments in an intercompany account with a business partner JVR

In JVR the Net Incom that up load to the consolidated is 50% and I see 4574
The problem is that the Equity Investments account that is in the ELA company is also up load to the consolidated by 50%, instead of 100%
What could be the problem?
