Item Updates not reflecting on Redwood searches like "Search Products" Page

Summary:

We have updated Item Description for items. The update is successful after we saved the changes. The changes are reflecting when we are viewing the item from Manage Item page. However, when the items are searched from Redwood page - "Search Products" , the updated item description are not appearing. Even when we are searching the item from Purchase Requisition (New) - redwood page - the updated item descriptions are not appearing.

Below is what we have tried , but no luck -

1. Waited for about 1 hour after saving the changes on items
2. Ran the "Configure Index" for items (fa-fscm-item) - The index building is still in progress since there are about 5 million unique items.
