Whether PO has the function of deducting expenses?

Summary:

We want to deduct part of the cost on a PO. We want to allocate a part of the total amount of PO to offset the cost. This part of the deductible cost can be used to reduce the final amount of PO payment and can be used as a separate PO distribution line to record and recognize it.

For example:

PO total amount is $100,

PO line/distribution 1: $100

PO line/distribution 2 : -$10

The final payment amount for this PO is $90.
