Order Attribute Update business event not getting triggered when Unit Selling Price is updated.

Summary:

Price Change update is not getting triggered if we pass the request only for changed price whereas if we pass selling price along with changed quantity or EFF value that event is getting triggered. So would like to confirm can we have triggered event on the basis of unit selling price only to capture the scenario if the request is received only with the changed price.
