The Unit of Measure (UOM) for Absence Duration needs to be calculated based on the Days Applied
Hi Team,
I have a requirement in Absence Management where the Unit of Measure (UOM) should be considered as "days" if the absence is less than 4 days, and as "calendar days" if the absence is more than 6 days. (The system should consider weekends as part of the duration if the absence exceeds 4 days, but should exclude weekends if the absence is less than 4 days).
Could anyone please assist with how to handle this scenario?
