Integration to trigger on when transaction status -- capacity not available

Summary:

Currently we have added a logic on calculate cost action in advance modify before formulas and on the same action integration is linked to sent the transaction to OTM system.
In the calculate cost advance modify before formulas, we are checking capacity availability. So the requirement here is to trigger the integration only when status == capacity not available.

But currently either capacity is available or not available, integration is triggered.

Is there a way to add logic on to trigger the integration on particular status of the quote in oracle CPQ
