SYSTEM_PERSON_TYPE not updated to CANCELED_HIRE after Cancellation of work relationship

Summary:

We used to get the employees whose work relationship is cancelled after Hire (from Pending Worker to Employee conversion) by querying the 'per_person_type_usages_m' table. After employee work relationship cancellation, SYSTEM_PERSON_TYPE column in the table is updated from 'EMP' to ‘CANCELED_HIRE’ which helps in identifying the colleagues. However, currently when we cancel the work relationship after the employee conversion, the row is getting deleted from per_person_type_usages_m table. Only for direct hires, (No pending worker record), SYSTEM_PERSON_TYPE value is getting updated to 'CANCELED_HIRE'.
Is there any option/query to get the details of employees whose work relationship get cancelled?
