FCCS alternate hierarchy translation

Hi,
we have created an alternate hierarchy in the Entity Dimension.
Only level-0 members are shared all consolidated members are unique.
When we run the translation/consolidation no value in the parent currency will appear in the consolidated node if the entity currency and parent currency are different.
Any idea what might be the reason?
