Fast formula for transfer and add assignments

Hi Team,

We are in the process of enabling tasks for Transfer/Promote and Add Assignment actions. The eligibility for most of these tasks is based on the employee's previous union or assignment status (e.g., Regular or Temporary). Below are the requirements:

Transfer/Promote Action:
If the employee's current union is not TABCO or is blank, and they are moving to the TABCO Union, then the eligibility flag should be set to YES. Employee stays within the same union (TABCO to TABCO) flag NO

Add Assignment Action:
If the employee has at least one active assignment where the union is not TABCO or is blank, and the new assignment union is TABCO, then the eligibility flag should be set to YES. (Note: Employees may have multiple active assignments.)
