Project Plan/Forecast/Budget Generation Fractional pennies

We have an issue whereOracle is generating Fractional pennies to a very low degree, that impacts our workflow on our budgets.

For example, we have a project plan that is created, we only enter the general amount for that task resource of $185,000.00 for example. But when you open to view the period amounts for that tasks resource, the amounts are automatically spread due to the very illogical requirement Oracle has to require a spread for everything. We have a custom spread to put everything in point 3 currently.

Then, we generate a forecast from this project plan version. The forecast is generated, of course with the spread applied, and the fractional pennies result in some sort of balancing fractional amount in the very last period of the forecast (see below 0.00000001). This amount then effectively makes the Raw Cost amount of the forecast (and subsequently generated Budget generated from the forecast) incorrect.
