How can I see my past requested ticket in new MOS

Hi,

After MyOracleSupport upgradation, I can not see my previous closed tickets. If I try to search in search bar, I did not get any result from new MOS.

Can anyone suggest how can I see my past logged ticket in new MOS. If there any document or video available to learn deep about My Oracle support please share the same.
