Hi All,

Our client wants the "Analyze by Spreadsheet" excel to be available/attached in Award Approval notification, so that approvers can review that bid tabulation comparison to check if the Category Manager made the right decision of awarding to particular supplier among the other suppliers who participated, by looking at the prices of all the quotes.

Currently, the "Analyze by Spreadsheet" option is only available to Category Managers when negotiation is Open and Active. Once the negotiation is closed and award decision is submitted for approval, Analyze option is no more available at this point.
