    Summary:

    In Oracle Commerce Cloud - Admin we realized that when we tried to update the product description with a specific formatting, we received the error: “Illegal markup tags in JSON body: Tags :[o].”

    If we use the “Paste as plain text” option and edit the formatting within the Admin, we succeed. However, if the text is pasted already formatted, the error occurs.

    How can I paste texts with already defined formats without the error occurring?
