Unable to use HCM custom attribute in Manage Incentive Selection Rules

Summary:

In HCM, we created a custom attribute (Check box) in the employee object and we are trying to filter the data in the Manage Incentive Selective Rules based on this attribute value to pull specific employees and import them as Incentive participants. But this attribute is not visible in the Manage Incentive Selection Rules mapping.
