Update tax liability account for particular tax rate

Summary:

We've defined tax liability account from 'Manage taxes' setup as well as tax rate level. Business wants to book tax liability to a new account other than default liability account. We want to know if its possible to derive tax liab. acc for a specific tax rate alone.
