Data Type not working consistently between members

Summary:

In Plan Element dimension, I have to give 3 members data type as Percentage.

It worked as expected with 2 of them, but the other 1 is not working.

Other properties in 3 members are identical except member names.

Evaluation order has put in place, although it is at dimension level not member level, thought I should mention it.

Can some expert share some thoughts?

I am on EPBCS.
