Unable to receive Transfer Order using Mobile Inventory App

I am getting the error "We couldn't find any matches" when I query the Order Number to receive a Transfer Order via the Mobile Inventory app. Still, I can see the Transfer Order in the Receive Excepted Receipts UI in Oracle Inventory.
