learning catalog search: how consider round brackets as normal characters

Summary: learning catalog search: how consider round brackets as normal characters

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information): Hi to all,

our client asks how it's possible consider round brackets as normal character in the learning catalog search: for example if we select as "course title" "contains" mode and insert an open bracket in title search bar of courses it appears also courses that don't contain open bracket (because round brackets are considered as special character in Oracle).

We noticed that with new release 24D there is a profile option called "ORA_WLF_SS_CATALOG_SEARCH_MODE" that allows to choose a search mode and there are three kinds of them: neutral mode, relaxed mode and aggressive mode but we can't understand which of three of these mode can help us to solve this request (if there is this possibility).

Howdy, Stranger!
