Can anyone share required fields to be filled in Discrete Work Order Import template for Cloud?

I need to upload Open Work Orders for my client, and this is my first time doing so. Could someone please share some sample data for this task? I have attached the template for Discrete Work Order Import for reference.

Actually Requirement is to change the Work Definition of Work Order from Main to Alternate, When WO is in Unreleased status.
