METADATA Sequence in Element Entry HDL is incorrect when generating through transformation formula

Hi All,

We are generating ElementEntry.dat file with the help of attached transformation formula based on the input file generated through BIP.

In ElementEntry.dat file, METADATA line of ElementEntryValue is appearing first and then METADATA line of ElementEntry.

Below is the snapshot of the generated HDL file.
