Should we enable the "ORA_CORS_ORIGINS" profile option in all environments?

Summary:

Hi Oracle Team,

Following this document below, should we enable this Profile Option in all environments. If so, how do I find VBS's root URL for Production? For our Test and Dev environments I can access this by entering "Edit Visual Builder Studio" via our RSSP pages, but we don't have this option in Production.
