Multi-Period Loads (One Column) in Data Management

We are building an import format in data management that needs to be able to have multiple periods in one column (period column). We are hitting an issue where the POV requires a period and running the data load rule only allows data for the period specified in the POV hits the data load workbench.

Does anyone have any luck in loading a multi-period file in data management?
