"OracleIdentityCloudService Sign-on policy denies access" after I modified sign-on policy mistakenly (I am the only admin)

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

I am the only admin and I am denied access to OCI console page because I modified sign-on policy mistakenly.

All Faults are mine, as I disabled default sign-on policy and added my own policy, and I locked myself out.
it has nothing to do with MFA, but only "THE SIGN-ON POLICY", which I wrongly modified by mistake.

I can not upgrade, cannot do anything by myself as I am denied access to OCI Console in the first place.
