Principal Investigator Automatically Assigned the Project Manager Role

To support Grant Management, we loaded approximately 1,400 Principal Investigators. Based on our review of the security roles, we found that each of the Principal Investigator's were automatically assigned the ORA_PJF_PROJECT_MANAGER_JOB job role. 1. Is this intended functionality? 2. If so, is there a way to disable this functionality, so the new Principal Investigators do not automatically receive the PM job role?
