Seniority Date Calculation - Showing incorrect date

Summary:

Fast Formula is embedded to our seniority date adjustment logic due to grade changes. This was working as expected before but during the recent testing the seniority date is pulling up the wrong date.

Requirement: The grade seniority date should be calculated in total if the grade level did not move/change [remained as is].

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

The Seniority Date is showing up incorrectly as 03/15/2020 since the 784 days Total Seniority Days Adjusted was back dated from 05/08/22. The 784 days should be back dated from 06/30/24 [new effective start date of the grade change] to retain the original seniority date of 05/08/22 for the same grade name = ELT.

Howdy, Stranger!
