Can We Change the Employment Model from Single Assignment to Multiple Assignment in Oracle Fusion?
Hello Community,
I have a query regarding the employment model in Oracle Fusion. Specifically:
Is it possible to change the employment model from Single Assignment to Multiple Assignment?
Here’s our scenario:
- We are currently using Oracle Fusion primarily for Performance Management and already have 1,000+ employee records in the system.
- We are not implementing Core HR, Absence Management, Oracle Time and Labor (OTL), Payroll, or Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC).
- Given our limited module usage, would switching from a single assignment to a multiple assignment model be feasible without significant disruption?
If it is possible:
- What are the steps involved?
- What challenges might we face, particularly in terms of data consistency, configurations, and reporting?
