CPQ action in administrative view

Is it possible to add a modify type action in an administrative view in CPQ? For example in Administration Platform.

The action is not a simple URL but a call to an OIC service, which has been configured as an action in the transaction, but as it does not need transaction attributes in theory it could be moved elsewhere. Are there technical limitations to having a button elsewhere in the application?
