Why we can't insert tables, choose colours and fonts while creating a terms template

The formatting of terms library templates is so basic

no fonts , no colors , not instering for tables

if we take a copy from word document then it means the user will do a more work, since after copy the format needs to be checked especially if we use an arabic language to author terms.
