Term Date change causes oldest Periodic Accrual in Absence plan to change to zero

edited Jan 13, 2025 2:48PM in Workforce Management

Summary:

Seems to be new behavior to 24D - when a term date is changed the oldest accrual for the employee on an accrual absence plan is changed to zero. I am able to duplicate this in a test environment. The term date was changed from 12/18/2024 to 12/17/2024. When that happened the 8/31/2024 periodic accrual was changed to zero in the system, it had previously been 6.56. See screen shot below.

Has anyone else seen this behavior and know how to fix it?
