Assistance Needed: Missing Course Completion Details After Observation Checklist

Hi team!

We’re encountering an issue in Oracle Learning Cloud and would appreciate your help. Currently, when a manager completes the Observation Checklist for a course, the learner receives a notification about the completion, but they cannot see the course completion details (e.g., whether they successfully passed the course).

We’re using a custom learner role, and it seems that a specific privilege might be missing, but we haven’t been able to pinpoint what’s required.

We couldn’t find any privilege specifically tied to viewing the outcome of an Observation Checklist.

Has anyone experienced a similar issue or knows what privilege or configuration might be missing? Any guidance or documentation would be greatly appreciated!
