Solution description not visible to employee

Summary:

When a agent resolved the SR (HC0000002008) in HRHD (Next Gen - Redwood), data entered in the Solution description field by the agent is not visible to the Employee.

Ideally this field is very much need for the employee to know the solution provided by the agent in order to fix the report issue.

If this fields is not visible to the employee who can see this the solution description
