    We need the ability to generate shipping charges based on product catalog/category.

    Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

    Per the Shipping Charge UI, Oracle has allowed us to create shipping charges by item or product category. However, it doesn't work. When we create an SO, ship it, and generate the invoice, shipping charges do not appear. Questions: 1. Why did Oracle create this UI if it doesn't work? 2. When will this functionality be released? 3. Are there any work arounds
