Oracle ERP Cloud ESS jobs callbacks indefinitely queued and not sending to Integration in Gen 3 OIC

Hello community.

I have an issue with one of my Oracle OIC Gen 3 Integrations.

I have a parent integration that triggers a series of ESS Jobs. Those scheduled jobs are set to send a callback to a second integration I have which receives the processed job and performs a series of operations.

My problem is with the callback. In my development environment, my parent intregration correctly starts the ESS Jobs and each ESS job properly sends a callback to the my callback integration. In my production environment, my parent integration correctly starts the ESS Jobs and each ESS job seems to properly send the callback, however, none of those callbacks get delivered to my callback integration.
