Is it possible to retrieve OB Line released count when order movement is deleted?

Summary:

Consider the following scenario:

There is an order base line with 30T for a given item. Then, a release instruction interface creates an order release for all 30T.

After bulk plan, a shipment is fully loaded with 28T and another shipment is created with 2T only. I decide then to delete the 2nd shipment.

So, the question is, is there any way to delete the order movement regarding the 2nd shipment and this 2T to be retrieved to the OB Line? I believe I can use agents to reach this requirement but I'm wondering if is there any functionality for this.
