Diversity Details to be shared with a specific Team

Hi All,
Customer Ask: Diversity Details once filled or entered should be shared with a specific team.

Alternates:
We can create a Custom Report for it. - This we understand but alternatively.

1. Is there any way to create a role with only access to the Diversity page for some users where they can review and see the filled form/details?

2. Can we create an onboarding task with access only to the Diversity page for employees and give this access to the specific user to get the details?

If anybody implemented such solutions or can suggest an alternative here, please.
