What is missing in the Min-Max Supplier setup, and why is a Purchase Requisition not being created?

In Product Management Information > Manage Items > Planning, the following settings have been configured:

• Inventory Planning Method: Min-Max Planning
• Replenishment Type: Supplier
• Minimum Quantity and Maximum Quantity are defined.

In Schedule Process, the following processes were run:

1. Run Print Min-Max Planning Report with the parameters:
   • Organization
   • Sort by: Inventory Item
   • Planning Level: Organization
   • Restock: Yes
2. Run Process Supply Chain Orchestration Interface (Oracle Fusion Inventory Management).

In Supply Orchestration under Manage Supply Request Exceptions, the following exception message appears:
"The supply request was not processed. Run the Process Supply Chain Orchestration Interface scheduled process."

Questions:

• Why is this exception happening?
• Why is a Purchase Requisition not being created as expected?
