How to run run accruals before the enrollment start date for an absence plan

Summary:

Created a Maternity Leave Plan for future date -> example: Created plan effective 1/13/25 on 1/8/25. Try to “Run Accruals for Selected Plan” to generate the 120 hours. Receive “You can complete this action on or after enrollment in the plan. (anc-3405093) error

Agree you can go back into screen on 1/8/25 to generate the accrual, but how do you do that in advance so we don’t have to manually remember to do this extra step later?
