Can't edit scheduled processes

Summary:

Hi team, we want to close some old users in the system, we know that there are processes running on them and we should change that, we entered scheduled processes, but even when I clicked on edit it did nothing and then got stuck. I would appreciate your help on how to measure with this or how to automatically transfer all the processes to another user
