Project Status approvals based on the Source/Creator

We need to keep the Project Status approvals based on the Source or the Creator of the Project. As projects created from Unifier and integrated to Fusion, there is no need of approvals where as projects created in Fusion directly needs approvals.

Can anyone please let me know if there is any solution
