How to bulk update effective end date on cost scenarios?

Hi,

We are creating cost scenarios in bulk using REST APIs via integration. We found that when the integration created new cost scenarios but it didnot end date the old cost scenarios. Due to this issue, the transactions are getting accounted with old cost even though we have active record with new cost. Any inputs on how to bulk end-date old scenarios which didnot have effective end-date on it? so transactions are accounted with new cost only?
