I want to create a notification to send to agent when the employee uploads an attachment on an existing request. I'm hoping to create maybe a template to say 'Employee has uploaded attachment'
Is there also a sample Groovy script in Application composer which sends notification to Agents once employee uploads attachments to existing Help Desk requests?
